**Location Preferred**:Puglia & Campania **Work Type**:90% field based **About the Role** We are looking for a driven **Sales Representative Medical**to grow Stryker’s Medical portfolio across a key territory in Southern Italy. You will promote and sell our **Sage**and **Acute Care**solutions, supporting hospitals with products that improve patient safety, workflow efficiency and care outcomes. **Product Lines**: - **Sage**- patient hygiene, skin care, pressure injury prevention - **Acute Care**- beds, stretchers, surfaces, transport and patient-handling solutions This is a direct-sales role with strong field presence, customer engagement and full ownership of your territory. **What You Will Do** - Drive sales growth through constant customer contact and targeted acquisition. - Develop and execute quarterly and annual business plans. - Manage contracts, pricing, tenders and quotes in alignment with the RSM and PM.
- Support customers with demos, training sessions, trade shows and events. - Maintain accurate CRM reporting and follow compliance standards. - Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders at all levels. **What We Are Looking For** - Scientific degree or medical/scientific professional training. - **2+ years of work experience**(Medical Device experience preferred). - Experience with tenders and understanding of hospital structures. - Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy and ability to manage a large territory. - Comfort with long sales cycles and building business over time. **What We Offer** - Competitive salary package. - Company car, iPhone, laptop and full technical equipment. - Pension plan, healthcare and wellness benefits. - Strong internal development opportunities and a collaborative team culture.
