You will join our European Sales team withinCartonboardandbe responsible fordriving business and sales development in the Italian market. In this role, you will maximize revenue and profitability while strengthening and expanding our customer base.
As Sales
Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization and play a key role in building long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across the value chain. Maximize revenue and margin generation by turning the business offer into sales Own and deliver on the sales budget for your customer portfolio Establish and manage commercial agreements in line with company policy Identify and develop the customer base within the Italian market Build, maintain and develop long-term customer relationships Identify prospects and drive new business opportunities Plan and execute activities to meet targets for volume, margin and customer satisfaction Together we take great pride in our responsibility to contribute to a safe work environment. University degree in business,engineeringor equivalent At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales Strong negotiation skills in high-level commercial discussions Fluent English and Italian,
both written and spoken Technical and product knowledge within relevant industry Experience working across the full value chain Knowledge of market and competitors We believe you have a strong commercial mindset and are driven to create results and deliver on ambitious targets.
You are flexible and solution-oriented, enabling you to navigate a dynamic market environment andidentifynew business opportunities. You are skilled at building andmaintainingrelationships, which is essential as you will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and customers across Italy. Your ability to communicate clearly and confidently allows you torepresentBillerud in both smaller customer dialogues and larger forums.
