- Role of focal point for assigned customers and identifying their business needs, which will be directed towards Xchanging solutions;
- Pursue and monitor the productivity and profitability of assigned customers;
- Contribute to the development, improvement and enhancement of Xchanging products, including by proposing innovative solutions; **Requirements**:
- Degree in economics or proven technical knowledge related to the IT sector;
- Previous experience as a technical account manager with other software or service providers in the financial sector;
