Senior Road Freight Forwarder / Operatore Traffico – Remote | Italy

Join Alianza Logistics and build your own client portfolio with the support of an established international freight forwarding company.

Alianza Logistics specializes in road, sea and air freight. We are expanding our team in Italy and are looking for experienced Road Freight Forwarders / Spedizionieri / Operatori Traffico with a strong commercial network and the ability to generate and develop their own business.

This is a 100% remote position with a full-time employment contract through our Italian company.

Your role

- Manage and develop your own portfolio of road freight customers.
- Generate new business through your existing network and commercial relationships.
- Organize international and domestic road transport using subcontracted carriers.
- Source, negotiate with and manage reliable transport providers.
- Negotiate rates with customers and carriers to maximize profitability.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and transport partners.
- Manage your business independently while benefiting from Alianza Logistics' operational infrastructure and support.

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Road Freight Forwarder, Spedizioniere, Operatore Traffico or Transport Operator.
- An established commercial network and customer relationships within the road freight market.




- Ability to generate business and develop a profitable customer portfolio from the start.
- Strong experience sourcing and working with subcontracted carriers.
- Good understanding of freight rates, margins and transport profitability.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset and a high level of autonomy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
