Team Manager - Tour Operations (Golf Cart Tours)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Team Manager to oversee the daily operations of our golf cart tour business. You will ensure smooth tour delivery, manage supplier relationships, and lead a team of tour leaders to provide outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Operations & Supplier Management
- Book services with local suppliers (restaurants, tour leaders etc.)
- Handle cancellations, rebookings, and operational changes
- Assign tours based on client needs, including last-minute requests Administration & Reporting
- Prepare group documentation and review expenses
- Collect and archive end-of-trip documents
- Communicate regularly with the General Manager and provide updates Tour Delivery & Quality Control
- Ensure tours run on time and meet quality standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction (target rating: 4.65+) Team Leadership
- Manage and support a team of Tour Leaders
- Assign the most suitable tour leaders and foster a strong team environment Performance & Problem Solving




- Maintain branding and operational standards Improve efficiency and customer experience
- Handle issues and provide support, including after hours if needed **Requirements**: - Previous experience in the Travel & Tourism industry (preferred)
- Weekend availability
- Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience working with databases and operational systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with a team-oriented approach
