Tour Coordinator - Rome (Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica, Colosseum, Borghese Gallery) We are Inside Out Italy, a leading tour operator specializing in high-quality, authentic experiences for international travelers visiting Italy’s most iconic destinations. The Role We are looking for a Tour Coordinator for the city of Rome, responsible for managing daily operations and coordinating activities at key tourist venues. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless on-site execution, managing visitor flows, and guaranteeing punctuality, quality, and attention to detail at every stage of the experience. Key Responsibilities Operational Coordination: - Oversee daily operations at assigned venues
- Manage customer flows and ensure tour schedules are respected
- Coordinate with tour guides, suppliers, and internal teams Team Support: - Provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback
- Ensure alignment with company standards and procedures Customer Experience: - Deliver a professional welcome and ensure a smooth experience for every guest
- Handle issues promptly with a solution-oriented mindset Quality Control: - Monitor performance and service quality




- Collect feedback and suggest operational improvements Problem Solving: - Act quickly in case of delays, unexpected issues, or logístical challenges
- Manage high-volume situations with organization and composure Communication: - Maintain consistent communication with operations teams and management
- Prepare daily reports on performance and activities **Qualifications**: - Experience in the tourism sector is a plus
- Experience in operational or coordination roles
- Strong organizational and stress-management skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent English (mandatory) **Skills**: - Strong operational mindset and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
