**What you’ll do**:
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact — welcoming members and guests with warmth and making them feel instantly at home. You’ll set the tone from greeting to seating, ensuring every arrival flows seamlessly. While guest reception is your main focus, a hands-on approach is key: you’ll also assist with payments and help keep service smooth. Professional and courteous, you’ll handle requests with ease, keep lounge and dining areas sharp, and bring energy to special events to make them shine.
