The work placement will take place within the Manufacturing Engineering & Lean department, which is responsible for projects involving the analysis, optimisation and stabilisation of production processes, with the aim of improving safety, quality and efficiency.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Works closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to monitor performance, analyze data, identify process inefficiencies, and help implement solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity.
- Gains hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while developing technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities may include preparing reports, conducting process observations, supporting projects, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Interest or hands‑on experience in manufacturing processes is appreciated.
- Knowledge of another European language is an advantage.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. As this is an internship role, we provide a minimum monthly internship allowance of €700.
