What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of the company's growth strategy, identifying new opportunities and building strong partnerships with clients across specialist industries.
Your responsibilities will include
- Winning new business through proactive sales activity
- Identifying and targeting prospective clients within specialist markets
- Building relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
- Arranging and attending client meetings, both virtually and face-to-face
- Negotiating commercial terms and service agreements
- Working closely with recruitment consultants to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions
- Growing and developing key client accounts
- Managing your sales pipeline and CRM effectively
- Representing the business at networking events and industry exhibitions
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys building relationships, and has a proven ability to generate new business within a recruitment agency environment.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management within a recruitment agency
- A proven track record of winning and growing new business
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A commercially driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong organisational and relationship-building abilities
- Fluent English (essential)
- Additional European languages would be an advantage
