Job Description

Internal processes

- You will ensure optimal use of SAP WMS and ERP applications in accordance with best practice and JYSK logistics guidelines (for solutions that are both administrative and efficient)
- You will monitor, identify and analyze all IT systems that support warehousing in the logistics center
- You will ensure the testing of existing business processes when logistics and customer service systems are updated or replaced
- When performing troubleshooting in SAP WMS you will focus on continuous operation as well as actual troubleshooting
- In the logistics center, you will optimize the combined IT solutions

Maintain and develop IT systems:

- Operational support for all users
- You will train and educate users and operators on how to use SAP and other systems
- When implementing new systems and routines in logistics and customer service (for relevant procedures and processes), you will create new manuals or instructions.
- Analyze functional and performance requirements of systems.
- Defining and reviewing change requests to align with existing operational flows.
