For internal staff expansion and growth on banking and financial clients, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager for the Milan office to support the Business. **Main responsibilities**:




Support project management by scheduling and coordinating activities in compliance with the predefined schedule and phases;
Monitor project progress to ensure implementation of activities in terms of objectives, budget and timeline;
Supervise projects and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization;
Collaborate closely with managers of various functions to ensure full synchronicity. **Requirements**:
Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Economics and Management and related;
Experience in similar duties in the banking environment;
Knowledge of IT technologies and systems such as databases, operating systems, networks and software;
Experience in writing business proposals/offerings;
Good knowledge of the English language. **The profile is completed by**:
Management skills, accuracy and attention to detail;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Aptitude for teamwork;
Results orientation and problem-solving skills;
Strategic aptitude and overall vision. **The following will be considered a plus**:
