Fondazione Bruno Kessler invites applications for a PhD opportunity focused on expanding portable device capabilities through advanced thermal infrared sensing. The project covers device modeling, antenna-coupled field-effect transistors for THz detection, and the creation of a complete infrared imaging array with readout circuitry.

The role requires expertise in analog electronics and mixed-signal IC design, image sensor architectures, and software modeling.
