We achieve this by fulfilling our promise to bring The Science of Sure to life. We now have an immediate requirement for a Sales Specialist Cytology to join our business in Italy on a permanent basis. **What we expect**
- Demonstrate the understanding of Hologic product line and its benefits/solutions to potential customers.
- Execute professional sales process with end user customers from first contact to post-sale.
- Provide a strong support as specialist at lab manager and technical staff level.
- Support existing and potential customer base in order to facilitate sales growth.
- Demonstrates Hologic values at a high standard by doing the right thing from the standpoint of the law, propriety and social judgment. Balance customer satisfaction and company profitability
- Respond to customer requests and needs to resolve issues including product interest/enquiries, product orders, payment issues, technical support, troubleshooting,
product support, training, education, problem solving, instrument installations, instrument repair, etc.
- Consistently achieve Sales Plan and maintain Expense Budget. **What we expect**
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with medical staff and sales/marketing colleagues.
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Effective teaching skills with ability to translate complex instructions clearly
- Advanced technical expertise and attention to details.
