FedEx is seeking an Ops Service, Quality and Process Associate/Snr. Specialist in a newly formed European Global Trade Service department.

You will drive root-cause analysis, lead quality improvements, and work with customs, planning, engineering, and regulatory teams to enhance service across IT, PL, PT markets. The role requires strong problem-solving, analytical ability, and IT affinity, with a university degree and PM certification preferred.
