We are seeking a SHE Specialist to lead our technical program in **Nichelino Plant.**
The SHE Specialist will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring efficient collaboration across cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement in program management processes. **What You Will Do**:
With the support of a Senior Manager you will be responsible for: - Participate in the implementation and maintenance of programs, systems and procedures necessary to ensure the overall safety and health of employees and the Plant.
- Monitor and prevent chemical, physical and biological hazards and diseases that could be present in the work area.
- Investigate accidents, injuries, and complaints concerning hazards or uncomfortable conditions in the work place.
- Recommend improvements in processes, design, procedures, and operating equipment, to minimize the hazardous potential.
- Assist in developing/ delivering employee training, emergency preparedness and quality assurance programs **Minimum Qualifications**: - Master Degree in HSE Engineering or related fields
- Fluent in English
- 2 years of previous experience in the same role **Preferred Qualifications**:
