**Como** Prestigious international chain hotel with a 4* rating offers an internship opportunity as an F&B; Assistant located in the heart of Como. The intern will be responsible for: - Working closely with colleagues in the Food & Beverage department to ensure smooth and high-quality service
- Participating in team meetings, sharing feedback and ideas to continuously improve service
- Supporting a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting communication and cooperation among team members
- Collaborating with the F&B; department Manager in organizing and planning activities
- Contributing to the creation and management of menus for selected clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction **Requirements**: - Excellent organizational skills to plan and coordinate all department operations, including procurement and logistics
- Strong focus on customer service
- Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage industry trends
- Analytical skills to evaluate sales data and operational performance
- Good knowledge of the English language
