We are looking for one receptionist to welcome our guests at bis Firenze Nord Aeroporto. As the first point of contact for our hotel, the receptionist will play a crucial role to impact positively our guest. If you are reliable, cheerful and enjoy working with people then this is the role for you!
**Qualifications** Responsibilities**: - Check in and check out
- Allocation rooms coordinating with the housekeeping department.
- Anticipating guests needs and handle their inquiries.
- Having a complete knowledge of the hotel, including room types, relative features and facilities, rates, F&B; outlets and promotions, etc.
- During the night shift, you are responsible for the activities such as: hotel closing, cash collection, and anticipating the needs of the next day. **Requirements**: - Have gained experience, even short, in a similar role (preferably in a hotel context).
- Ability to work independently and independently.
- Attention to detail and customer orientation. Excellent knowledge of Italian and English,
the knowledge of a third language will be highly evaluated
