We are searching for a **Legal Intern **within our MBE Legal team. In this role, you will work closely with the legal and business teams on a day-to-day challenge. **Main responsibilities and task**: - Support the legal team in advising the business on different legal matters, with a focus on civil, commercial law and privacy law.
- Support the review and drafting of commercial agreement both in Italian and English languages.
- Analyse a wide range of legal issues to answer queries from different stakeholders.
- Support in back-office activities such as management of legal documentation, signing contract procedure, draft of customer’s claims, and AML checks.
- Support in the process improvement and drafting of legal team’s presentation and communications.



**Requirements**: - Law Degree
- Attention to details and high degree of accuracy
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Curiosity, passion, and determination
