FedEx is seeking an Ops Service, Quality and Process Associate/Specialist in our European Global Trade Service. You will lead root-cause analyses, drive quality and process improvements, and collaborate with customs, planning, engineering and compliance teams to enhance service.

The role requires strong analytical skills, IT affinity, and proactive leadership. A university degree is required; PM certification is preferred.
