**What you will do** We are looking for a **Internship Junior Contract Manager Support Specialist **to join our team, who will provide support in respect of commercial transaction being involved in contractual work, review of documents. **How you will do it**
- Support of the CM to ensure company products and services are offered with appropriate, competitive terms and conditions to secure our commercial position
- Support in Draft and review a range of commercial contracts/contract amendments including the sale and purchase of equipment and services, sub-contracting, distribution and sales channel agreements, confidentiality agreements/NDAs and software licensing
- Support in Preparation, drafting, standardization and maintenance of sample contracts, templates and general terms and conditions
- Support small claims management **What we look for**
- Completed studies in the field of law preferably with a technical economic background or comparable
- Fluent Italian and English
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
