- IT sales management experience preferred
- Experience managing long sales cycles
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented,



and able to coach through rejection **Responsibilities**: - Support sales team with administrative tasks to enhance account and opportunity management
- Implement and manage CRM processes and sales automation tools
- Analyze sales data for forecasting, planning, and process improvements
- Design reports and dashboards
- Drive process efficiency and support key operational initiatives **Details**: - Full-time, 44 hours per week
- $2,000 monthly salary, nearshore
- Premio potential after 90 days based on metrics
