Splendido Mare, A Belmond Hotel, part of the LVMH Group, is a charming guesthouse in the heart of the Portofino. Its celebrated restaurant, DaV Mare, embodies all the pleasures of piazzetta living through refined cuisine, curated in partnership with the 3-Michelin-star Cerea family. Awash with nautical spirit, our gem on the Italian Riviera celebrates the art of Ligurian living in its purest form. We are looking for a Commis de bar for the next season 2025 to join our Bar team. Reports to Bar Supervisor. **Main duties & responsibilities**: - Fulfil the Bar operations assisting with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures;
- Monitor all aspects of the guests’ experience, from the bar layout before their arrival to the experience they receive during the service.
- Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests’ needs;
- Support all other team members with the service;
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries. **Requirements**:

- Fluent in Italian and basic level of English
- Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally

- Start date: April 2025 to End date: January 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido Mare and a career path.
- Monthly gross salary around € 1.500, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
