Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. **Your role** **Main responsibilities**: - Capacity planning activities;
- Dealing and coordination on critical resources and capacity issues on technologies (injected/acetate);
- KPI Analysis (Resource Load, Backlog, Inventory Level, Service Level, BO, Safety stock level) to rearrange and improve planning processes and internal flows;
- Coordinate with Plant Planners / Plant Managers to monitor and improve planning activities;
- Reports elaboration to support business. **Main requirements**: - IT skills (Microsoft Tools: Excel, Access);
- Experience in Planning;
- Good relationship skills to co-work with different departments;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously and timely delivering tasks;
- Ability to summarize analysis and explain main outcomes to guide decisions;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or other STEM academic disciplines; **What’s in it for you?**
