Success is measured through concrete metrics including AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth, informed by both data analytics and direct student feedback.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related discipline
- Demonstrated leadership experience in education or EdTech sectors
- Practical experience implementing AI solutions in educational contexts
- Deep knowledge of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
