The selected individuals, included in the M&A; team and flanked by more experienced colleagues, will support clients in activities such as: - Venture capital research
- Stock exchange listing assistance
- Advising on M&A; transactions. Required: - Master's degree in economics, preferably with a background in finance and financial markets
- Strong motivation for consultancy activities and for Corporate Finance
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Interest in working towards objectives and in a challenging environment
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package. A good willingness to travel within Italy completes the profile. **The internship is aimed at subsequent recruitment.
