We are driven by the following values**: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.** Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. **Position**:
We are looking for** OF Hotels & OID Coordinator.** The identified resource will be responsible for: - She/he will cooperate with the Olympic Family Hotel Manager and will support in relationship with the hotels,
with all OCOG FAs involved in planning procedures and providing services at the hotels, as well as with IOC/IPC team in charge of accommodation for the Olympic/Paralympic Family, meeting spaces and offices set-ups.
- Coordinate operations of the Olympic/Paralympic Information Desk (OID/PID) where an Olympic/Paralympic Family member goes to find Olympic/Paralympic related information.
- Supervise a multi-lingual staff who provide the following services and information: Competition schedule and results information; Olympic/Paralympic Family Guide distribution; Transports Information; Ceremonies ticket distribution etc.
- Liaise with all relevant FA and internal and external stakeholders to plan the operations and an appropriate level of service for OF/PF.
- Draft of documents required by the function. **Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus);
At least 2 years of work experience;
English Level C1 + a knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 + Power Point, Excel;
Planning of the operations of Olympic/Paralympic events and/or International Events;
Handling interaction with high-demand stakeholders / guests;
Organizing Secretariat in complex events;
Able in coordinating people & guarantee services management: to deliver a service, problem solving and planning/operations management. **Other information**:
