Guydeez is looking for passionate locals to join our community of freelance hosts and lead travelers on private walking tours that bring the city to life. You don’t need to be a licensed guide — what matters most is your enthusiasm, local knowledge, and ability to connect with guests. Position Overview

- **Compensation**: 120 EUR/day (fixed rate)

- Share engaging stories, cultural highlights, and insider tips
- Personalize each tour to suit your guests’ interests and pace What We’re Looking For
- **Local Knowledge**:



Strong familiarity with Bari’s landmarks and hidden gems
- **Languages**: Fluent in at least one of the following: English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Chinese
- **Experience**: Previous work in hospitality, guiding, or hosting is a plus (not mandatory)
- **Availability**: Comfortable leading tours lasting 3-8 hours
