- Your responsibilities and tasks:
We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong technical background and solid English language skills to join our Technical Offer Management (TOM) office. This role supports all Technical Pre-Sales activities in close collaboration with internal departments. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand customer requirements
- Interpret and manage mass balance data
- Prepare Production Time Schedules (PTS)
- Select appropriate equipment based on project needs
- Develop layout and P&I; diagrams




- Estimate installation and commissioning timelines
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Specify equipment features for costing purposes Your profile and qualifications:
What sets you up for success
- Degree in Engineering or Business-related disciplines
- Proven work experience in relevant technical or commercial roles, in engineering, equipment manufacturing, or food & beverage production
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Mechanical and Autodesk Inventor
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word
- Experience with ERP systems (Stratega or equivalent)
- Willingness to travel (Italy, EU, and beyond)
- Solid technical understanding
- Open-minded and adaptable to new ideas and business models
- Comfortable working across multiple companies, locations, and cultures Bonus points if you have..
