**Schedule**: Flexible — choose your own working days and hours **About the Role** Do you love Napoli and enjoy sharing its culture, history, and hidden gems with travelers? Guydeez is looking for passionate locals to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups of visitors. **What You’ll Do**
- Lead private walking tours showcasing Napoli’s landmarks, neighborhoods, and hidden gems (3-8 hours)
- Tailor each tour to match guests’ interests, pace, and preferences
- Share engaging stories, cultural insights, and personal recommendations
- Provide warm, professional, and memorable experiences
- Optionally host food-focused or culinary tours **Who We’re Looking For**
- Strong knowledge of Napoli’s history, culture, and attractions
- Fluent in at least one of: Italian, French, Spanish, German, English, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Friendly, confident, and communicative personality
- Comfortable hosting tours lasting 3-8 hours
- Bonus: passion for gastronomy
