- You hold full sales and profit responsibility for your customer portfolio in Italy, including key accounts.
- You actively drive business growth by expanding existing business and acquiring new customers.
- Strengthening and developing long-term relationships with existing customers is a key part of the role.
- You conduct market research, identify relevant market trends, and successfully translate them into business opportunities. **What we expect**: - Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant industry experience
- Open-minded individual with a hands-on, proactive
attitude
- Highly structured work approach with the ability to operate independently
- Very good command of MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Fluency in Italian and English
