At dentsu, we are looking for a Senior Video Consultant to join our team in Milan. The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality media activations that effectively align with client objectives and campaign priorities, ensuring strategic impact and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** **Campaign Management**: - Organize and activate TV and CTV video campaigns, ensuring objectives are clearly defined and achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Plan and execute TV and CTV media campaigns based on the strategy provided by the activation manager.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure results meet or exceed client expectations. **Team Collaboration**: - Support team members in delivering high-quality outputs, providing feedback and performing quality control on deliverables.
- Ensure the team understands client KPIs and has the tools and guidance to deliver against those targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency and excellence in campaign delivery. **Client Success**: - Provide accurate and timely reporting on TV and CTV campaigns, offering actionable insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients,



addressing challenges proactively and managing expectations effectively.
- Process Improvement: - Support the implementation of commercial agreements related to TV and CTV planning.
- Contribute to the optimization of resource allocation to ensure the right expertise is applied at the right time for campaign success. **Requirements**: - 5+ years of experience in TV and/or CTV media planning or activation
- Excellent knowledge of Kubik, AQX, Arianna, and MCS
- Strong understanding of TV and CTV media platforms, tools, and processes
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of video campaigns across linear TV and CTV
- Proficiency in analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
