Ready to build a career path in Portugal? We are searching for customer-oriented Italian speakers to join our international team in Lisbon. Serving as the core contact point for Italian-speaking clients, you will handle inquiries through live chat, phone calls, and email. This position is best suited for proactive problem solvers who enjoy a dynamic, team-oriented workplace.
Primary Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming Italian user requests via phone, email, and live messaging with a polite, professional approach.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze customer concerns, identify underlying root causes, and provide accurate, tailored solutions efficiently.
- System Documentation: Accurately log interaction details, support tickets, and resolution steps within internal CRM platforms.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet target metrics, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT).
- Continuous Learning: Attend routine training workshops to stay updated on product modifications, internal policies, and operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluent or C1/C2 proficiency in Italian (written and spoken); minimum B2 English level for internal communications, training, and software usage.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible, rotating 24/7 schedules.
- Location: Physical presence required at the Lisbon office.
- Work Authorization: Valid EU/EEA citizenship,
EU passport, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication, active listening, calm under pressure, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Compensation Options
Option A: Local Contract (For Local Residents)
- Base Remuneration: €1,262.33 gross monthly (distributed across 12 months)
- Housing: Self-arranged living accommodation
- Target Profile: Candidates currently residing in Lisbon or preferring to manage their own living situation
Option B: Relocation Package (For Candidates Moving to Lisbon)
- Base Remuneration: €1,059.00 gross monthly (distributed across 12 months)
- Provided Lodging: Private bedroom in a shared corporate flat, with core utilities (water, gas, electricity, wifi) fully covered
