Position: Music Production Expert - Italian
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20–$36/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Up to 6 months
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated music across various genres for musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality.
- Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics.
- Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality and model outputs.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Native or near-native proficiency in Italian, and ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
- 2+ years of experience as a music producer,



audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
- Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

- Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
- Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
- Broad familiarity with contemporary Italian genres, sub-genres, and artists.
