Pubblicato il 27-08-2026 - McCone Properties in Firenze
- Based in Dubai, UAE, and we help with the relocation
- Commission only, 50-70%, paid daily
- Sell Dubai property to Italian investors, in Italian
About The Role Investors in Italy already know what Dubai offers: no property tax, no capital gains tax, and no income tax on what you earn here. What they rarely have is an adviser who speaks their language and understands both markets. That is the role: advising Italian investors on off-plan Dubai property, in Italian. You do not need Dubai experience to start. We will teach you the market, the developers and the product from scratch, and this posting is aimed at candidates in Florence ready to make the move.
Why this is different to most agent jobs in Dubai Most brokerages hand you a phone and wish you luck. We do not work that way. Our marketing team builds and pays for campaigns in Italian, aimed at Italy, and the enquiries that come back go to you.
You will spend your first two weeks in our academy, and after that you will be working alongside managers who have been selling in this market for fifteen years or more. By the end of it you will be able to sit across from someone who asks why they should send their money to Dubai and give them a proper answer, with numbers behind it.
Off-plan rewards patience, too. Payment plans run over several years, clients tend to come back for a second and third purchase, and referrals build on each other. Agents who take the time to build their market properly end up with something that keeps paying them long after the first sale.
Who this suits:
- Fluent Italian and strong professional English. You need both
- Someone who knows the Italian market well: how business is done there, and what it takes to earn somebody's trust
- Experience in sales, business development, investment, banking, luxury hospitality or real estate
- Discipline. The agents who do well here are the ones who show up and do the same things every day
- Currently based in Florence or nearby (or already in Dubai),
and able to relocate within one to three months
- Around six months of savings behind you, roughly €15,000. This is a commission-only role, and the people who succeed are usually the ones who can stay calm through a quiet second month
The honest picture Expect your first two or three months to be mostly learning the product and building a pipeline, with plenty of conversations that go nowhere. That is normal, and it is why we ask about savings before anything else. Beyond that there is no ceiling: commission is 50-70%, paid daily. Last year our top performer on international off-plan earned just over US$1.5 million, tax free. She is our best, so treat it as the top of the range rather than the expectation, but it is a real figure from a real person in this exact job.
If what you want is a basic salary, this is not the role for you.
Package and support:
- Commission structure (50-70%) paid daily
- 2 week professional Training Academy, then ongoing coaching from managers with 15+ years in Dubai real estate
- Residence & Employment Visa
- RERA Licence funded
- Relocation support to get you set up in Dubai
- AI-powered in-house CRM and dedicated marketing support
- Off-plan payment plans, repeat buyers and referrals that keep paying long after the first sale
- Marketing campaigns in Italian, aimed at Italy, built and paid for by our team. The enquiries come to you
