In this role, you will lead and support international projects aimed at developing and implementing advanced production technologies for the efficient manufacturing of high-quality medical devices and pharmaceutical products. You will play a key role in driving innovation, optimizing production processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards across global manufacturing sites. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of manufacturing and industrialization projects by: + Leading technical projects from concept through implementation, ensuring performance, quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved. + Managing project planning, budgeting,
CAPEX requests, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. + Conducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to support strategic decision-making. + Identifying and implementing process improvements and facility optimization initiatives to enhance operational performance and productivity. + Analyzing and resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project execution and operational continuity. + Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental regulations. + Creating and maintaining project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, validation protocols, and reports. + Collaborating and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports. + Training operational staff and supporting the implementation of new technologies, processes, and manufacturing solutions. + Acting as a key interface between Development, Manufacturing, and Value Stream organizations. + Supporting validation activities and the implementation of new technologies and manufacturing processes + Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring that all project activities are performed in accordance with established safety standards and procedures **What We're Looking For** **Education & Experience** + Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline. + Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. + Proven experience managing engineering or industrialization projects. + Minimum 3 years of experience in production technologies and manufacturing processes. + Experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals,

The indicative annual base salary range for this position is between 40.000 and 50.000. The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
