We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving, and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues. Fluency in Italian and English. Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
