Tailor&Fox; Srl is seeking an Underwriter to join the underwriting team in Milan on a hybrid basis. You will assess, analyze, and select risks across various lines of business including Property, Casualty, and SME, and contribute to pricing and client proposals.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of insurance underwriting experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English, working well in a team with a customer-focused approach.
