We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Growth Marketing Associate to join our global marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure across content, social media, events and reporting, while working closely with colleagues across various regions around the globe. Assist with the creation of marketing content including LinkedIn/Instagram posts, web copy, brochures, case studies and presentations, ensuring consistency with Lumi Global's brand voice and tone.
Social Media: Develop, schedule and publish social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram to boost engagement. Support the planning and delivery of webinars, conferences and exhibitions, including liaising with vendors, managing attendee lists and assisting with on-site or virtual logistics.
Digital Marketing Support: Assist with email marketing campaigns, landing page updates and basic search engine optimisation tasks such as keyword research, on-page updates and metadata.
Reporting & Analytics:
Assist with pulling and organising performance data from HubSpot and Google Analytics to support campaign and pipeline reporting, including website traffic, email performance and paid campaign metrics.
Database Management: Help maintain accurate records in HubSpot, including updating contact details and supporting list segmentation for campaigns.
Market Awareness: Stay up to date with marketing and social media trends, tools and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
Experience: 1-5 years in a marketing, communications, events, or related role. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.
Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools. Knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM is an advantage. Understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, SEO or social advertising.
Languages: English (expert in writing and speaking). Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools is a plus. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office. Canva) are a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a global team.
Comfortable working alongside AI tools day-to-day, with the judgement to know when to rely on them and when to check their output. Fully remote working. Hands-on experience across the full marketing mix, working with an established global brand.
