To lead our Housekeeping department, we are looking for a quality-driven, inspiring, and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d) who will shape the appearance and atmosphere of our exclusive suites through the highest standards of perfection and hospitality.

Your Tasks

- Overall responsibility for the Housekeeping department and the impeccable presentation of our suites
- Lead, train and develop the Housekeeping team
- Organise and coordinate all Housekeeping operations, including staff scheduling and workforce planning
- Develop, implement and continuously monitor Housekeeping standards at a 5-star level
- Inspect and approve suites prior to guest arrival, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Create individual suite setups, including wellness areas, daybeds, fireplaces and outdoor bathtubs
- Organise and ensure the quality of turn-down service and special preparations for our guests
- Coordinate In-Room Dining setups in close collaboration with the kitchen and service teams
- Take responsibility for linen management, amenities, supplies and high-quality equipment
- Work closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, Technical Services and all relevant operational departments
- Foster a professional, welcoming and quality-driven Housekeeping culture

Your Profile

- Several years of experience as a Gouvernante, Executive Housekeeper or in a comparable leadership position within upscale or luxury hospitality
- Strong quality awareness and high standards of cleanliness,



aesthetics and presentation
- Experience in attending to the needs of discerning international guests and handling high-quality furnishings and equipment
- Strong leadership skills, empathy and excellent organisational abilities
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Confident and professional manner with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of Housekeeping as an essential part of an exceptional guest experience
- Excellent Italian language skills; German or English is an advantage
