Title: Italian Customer Relations Agent Work Setup: Office-based (Lisbon, Portugal) Shift Pattern: Continuous 24/7 rotation (40 hours per week, 8-hour daily shifts) We are hiring client-oriented Italian speakers to join our international workforce in Lisbon. Serving as the main contact point for Italian-speaking customers, you will address inquiries via phone calls, emails, and online chat.

Customer Interaction: Handle incoming requests from Italian clients via phone, chat, and email with a courteous, professional attitude. Evaluate customer concerns, identify root issues, and provide swift, accurate, and tailored assistance.

Documentation: Log interaction specifics, service tickets, and resolution steps precisely inside internal CRM tools. Consistently meet target key performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT).

Ongoing Learning: Join regular training sessions to remain current on product updates, company guidelines, and internal workflows.

Language Capabilities: Fluent or C1/C2 mastery of Italian (written and spoken); B2 English level or higher for internal communications, training, and software usage.





Shift Availability: Readiness to work variable, rotating 24/7 schedules. Mandatory attendance at the physical office in Lisbon.

Legal Eligibility: EU/EEA citizenship, an EU passport, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
