- Reporting Specialist About the Role We are looking for a Data &
- Reporting Specialist to join our team in Milan and support different business functions through data analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights. The successful candidate will help transforming data from different sources and functions into clear, reliable, and actionable information to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from different business functions
- Preparing reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Integrating and consolidating data from multiple sources
- Identifying trends, anomalies, and key KPIs, translating them into meaningful business insights
- Working closely with different business functions to understand their reporting and information needs and develop solutions aligned with business objectives
- Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and consistency of data and reporting
- Supporting the development and improvement of reporting processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency
- Contributing to the definition and monitoring of performance indicators across different business areas.
Requirements The ideal candidate has: A degree or academic background in Mathematics,
Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets
- Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
- A structured and detail-oriented approach, with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
- The ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, business-oriented insights
- A proactive, curious, and dynamic mindset, with a strong interest in working in a cross-functional environment. Good knowledge of English Key Skills &
- Personal Attributes The following will be considered a strong plus: Ability to manage multiple data requests and priorities A continuous improvement mindset
- Interest in innovation and the application of digital and technological tools to data analysis
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong collaborative approach.
What we offer Contract: Permanent, full-time Salary range: €30,000–€50,000 depending on experience, skills and qualifications. The overall compensation package may include additional benefits where applicable. Motivating and international environment Office placed in Milan's city center (hybrid option)
