Description
As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with a team of dedicated quality engineers to support the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, ensuring that high-quality products are consistently delivered to our customers. You will also work on new products development with a multifunctional team.
You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Trieste Factory on a daily work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall quality of our products by identifying areas for improvement, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions. Your contributions will help maintain our commitment to quality excellence and customer satisfaction.
Annual gross salary from 35100€ and applicable NCBA is Metalworking Industry. Final salary offer will depend on your experience and qualifications and are also based on objective and gender-neutral criteria . Incentive and benefits to be part of the offer.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions in shopfloor
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in product quality.
- Support warranty returns department in analyzing defects and identify proper corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and methodologies.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques (FMEAs, Control Plan, PPAP, SPC, MSA…)
- Minitab, Python, SAP, Power BI, Office: intermediate/advance level. IA fundamentals.
- Technology automation and SMT fundamentals.
- Collaborative skills
- Intermediate English
