Boston Scientific is seeking an Account Manager based in the Lombardy region (Milan, Lodi or Pavia preferred) to lead end-to-end sales for defined customer segments. The role combines clinical support with commercial activities across Lombardia, requiring frequent travel and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will develop account plans, engage economic and clinical stakeholders, and collaborate with RSMs to secure growth.
