Amazon Shipping is looking to hire a Business Analyst. In this new role you will support the Operations team by working with key data points, diving deep, spotting and analyzing trends, building business need for change and target areas to deliver the key goals within Amazon Shipping as well as directly supporting the operations team across ATS (Amazon Transportation Services) and AMZL (Amazon Logistics)
You will be a self-starter who is comfortable working with data and questioning the status quo to continuously improve our business. This role will require you to work closely with the operations team, understanding existing issues with data, working out how to improve, what data points can be developed and presented differently, sharing knowledge on new and existing processes,
actively tracking trends and highlighting opportunities to improve the most important metrics. You will have solid analytical skills, and be an effective communicator, but most importantly you'll be excited about putting our customers first.

You will have a true hands-on approach, operational inclination, good data skills and the ability to build and leverage relationships As this position involves regular interaction with multiple clients, you need to be comfortable communicating robustly at different level whilst also working directly with various functional teams and people at all levels of the organization across the Amazon business.
