Rome Business School, part of the Planeta DeAgostini Group and operating across more than six countries worldwide, is seeking a Business Development Representative to strengthen our Admissions Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and effectively communicate the value of our Master’s programmes.
- Guide prospective students throughout the admissions process.
- Work closely with your team to achieve monthly performance targets.
- Play an active role in making a meaningful impact on people’s lives and career development.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in B2C sales, education, recruitment, or consulting.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
- Strong motivation to develop professionally, achieve results, and make a meaningful contribution.
What We Offer
- An initial 6-month employment contract (CCNL Aninsei), with the possibility of renewal.
- Fixed salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses.
- Comprehensive onboarding, followed by the opportunity to work in a hybrid model after the first three months, including up to two days of remote work based on performance.
