Moncler Milan Galleria store is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee operational support, lead the team, and ensure the boutique runs efficiently while maximizing sales.

You will manage stock, back of house, customer service, and vendor compliance; define KPIs; and coordinate shipments and IT tools to support peak performance.

Fluent Italian and English, a degree in retail management, and luxury retail experience are preferred; the role offers a competitive salary and an annual incentive.
