Application Technology Specialist Paper & Board at Siegwerk Italy SpA Location: Your Tasks - What You can expect as title? Provide technical expertise for printing ink applications and customer projects. Perform laboratory and printing press trials to evaluate product performance.

Support innovation projects together with R&D; and Product Management. Build strong customer relationships through technical consultation and on-site support. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and industry best practices.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. As an Application Technology Specialist Paper & Board at Siegwerk Italy SpA, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our technological capabilities to support our innovative packaging ink solutions. This position is crucial in bridging the gap between our development teams and customer applications to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction across the EMEA region.

Provide expert technical support and consultation to both internal departments and customers regarding application technologies related to Siegwerk Paper & Board products. Develop and optimize printing processes and application methods to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Collaborate with R&D;, sales, and production teams to troubleshoot issues and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of application technology advances and best practices. Support the launch of new products by preparing application guidelines and technical documentation. Monitor market trends and technological advancements to continuously improve application processes and recommend innovations.





Engage in cross-functional projects to contribute application expertise and ensure seamless integration of technology improvements. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent technical qualification. Proven experience in application technology, preferably within the printing ink or packaging industry.

Effective communicator with the capability to deliver technical presentations and training. Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and cross-functional teams across the EMEA region. Willingness to travel as required to support customers and participate in international projects.
