Pramac, part of the third-largest group worldwide in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for a Service & Parts Jr Product Manager to join the Product Management Team at its Head Quarter in Casole D'Elsa, Siena (Italy).
PurposeWe are looking for a driven and commercially minded Service & Parts Jr Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our aftermarket business.
In this role, you will help define and execute strategies that maximize the value of our installed base through spare parts, service offerings, and lifecycle solutions.You will play a key role in driving recurring revenue, customer satisfaction, and long-term profitability, working at the intersection of product, service,



and commercial teams.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the aftermarket product strategy, including spare parts, service contracts, upgrades, and retrofit solutionsManage the full lifecycle of service and parts offerings, from launch to optimization and phase-outDrive revenue growth and margin improvement through effective pricing and portfolio managementAnalyze the installed base to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and lifecycle servicesDevelop compelling value propositions and sales enablement tools to support commercial teamsCollaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure parts availability, lead time optimization, and service levelsLead the development of innovative service models, including digital and subscription-based offeringsWork cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Service, and Finance to ensure alignment and executionRequirements & SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field2 years of experience in product management, aftermarket, service, or parts business, ideally in industrial or energy sectorsStrong understanding of aftermarket and lifecycle business modelsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsAbility to operate in a cross-functional and international environmentWhy Join UsBe part of a company driving the transition toward service-driven and lifecycle-oriented solutionsWork in a dynamic, international environment with strong growth ambitionsOpportunity to make a direct impact on recurring revenue and customer value creationWork Location:Casole d'Elsa (Siena, Italy) #J-*****-Ljbffr
