/ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppWe are looking for a bFinance Specialist /bto join our fast-growing team in Italy.
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in accounting and finance operations, combined with a proactive, hands-on approach.
This position requires someone who is responsible, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure things get done — even when the task goes beyond a standard job description.
/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/ppbFinance Accounting /b /pulliManage day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with Italian GAAP and company policies.
/liliHandle supplier invoices, expense reports, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
/liliSupport month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
/liliLiaise with external accountants, payroll providers, and auditors when required.




/liliMonitor company expenses and assist in budget preparation and control.
/li /ulpbOffice Support /b /pulliSupport general office management — supplier coordination, utilities, and service contracts.
/liliMaintain and organize administrative records, ensuring compliance with company and local regulations.
/liliAssist with procurement and logistics documentation when needed.
/li /ulpbCompliance Reporting /b /pulliEnsure compliance with tax, accounting, and local employment regulations.
/liliPrepare or support the preparation of financial and operational reports for management.
/li /ulpbr/ppbPreferred Qualifications: /b /pulliBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
/lili2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably in an international company.
/liliFamiliarity with Italian accounting standards and VAT procedures.
/liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant.
accounting software.
/liliStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
/liliProactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to take initiative.
/liliGood command of English and Italian (both written and spoken).
Chinese language skill is highly desired.
