Reporting directly to the Regional General Counsel, the successful candidate will oversee legal strategies, compliance, procurement, IoT, and digital initiatives.
The role involves working closely with C-level executives, the Global General Counsel, and HQ legal teams to manage regional and global legal affairs.bKey Responsibilities: /bbr/ /pulliDefine legal strategy on high-risk, high-value matters and coordinate external counsel across EMEA.




/liliLead regional compliance initiatives and support cross-border MA and strategic transactions.
/liliDraft, review, and negotiate complex international commercial contracts.
/liliProvide authoritative legal advice on commercial, consumer, contractual, and regulatory matters.
/liliSupport the digital transformation of the regional legal team and corporate workflows.
/li /ulbRequirements: /bbr/ulliMaster's degree in law from an Italian law school (qualification as a lawyer is a plus).
/lili10+ years of experience as an in-house counsel in multinational environments or advising corporate clients in top-tier law firms on cross-border matters.
/liliStrong background in contract law, commercial transactions, and complex negotiations.
/liliExcellent communication skills in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
